Dear Askgamblers-Team,


I've got a problem with Playio casino. I kindly ask if you can help me with delayed withdrawal requests. I've got two pending withdrawal requests. with the amount of 250€ each. The first request is from March 15th and the second from march 17th. Both are delayed without any reason. I asked the chat support what's wrong. But they always say I shouldn't worry. Its all ok and it will be transferred soon. The last time they finished the chat while i was still writing.

This is not my first withdrawal... I had a successful one in the past.

I really got the feeling that it will take months to get my money without your help.

I'm a little confused because this problem can be solved easily by doing this: "You fulfill your obligation and transfer the money" . According to your support, nothing stands in the way of a transfer.
