As stated by their own help page withdrawal requests will be processed within 3 days. My withdrawal request is now older than 3 days, and the casino is not able to provide a reason as to why it has not been processed. I have not been asked to provide any documents in relation to KYC.

Support has stopped responding to my attempts to contact them.

In total I'm looking to withdraw winnings of about 4000 euro. This casino has a limit of 500 euro withdrawal per day meaning that I have to request 500 euro daily. But they also don't allow more than 3 withdrawal requests to be active at the same time.

Based on this I worry that it could take months to be paid my winnings. And, even worse, based on their sudden cold shoulder I am also worried I might not be paid at all.

Any assistance would be greatly appreciated!

I see no reason whatsoever why you can’t let me withdraw what I’ve won fair and square at this very instance. I assume it is only a matter of pressing a button.

Whatever procedures you deem necessary before allowing withdrawals should be forfeited at this point if you haven’t completed them yet as you’ve had more than enough time.

Why exactly are you taking so long?

I still have not received any of my funds, but I got an update from support today. Apperantly my account has been through a manual review, everything was fine and I should receive 1500 euro some time before the week ends.

So, we'll see.

I'm still going to have to request 500 euro daily to be able to withdraw the remaining 2560 euro on my account. That is going to be an extra 6 days, and if the processing time for those withdrawal requests are fast I might be able to receive my funds before 30 days have gone by.

I have never at any online casino had to wait this long to withdraw. Not even close.

At this moment I am just hoping that I will be paid what I am owed.

I still consider this unresolved. I have not yet been paid what I am owed. It has been 17 days since I first tried to withdraw from this casino. Play.io does still not provide a reason for delaying payment.

I don't know if there is anything AskGamblers can do to help here. You can close this complaint. I think my only option left is to seek legal aid.
