I have made a total of 3 withdrawals on my account the first was made on the 29th of April 2020 @ 00.34 the second was made on the 30th April 2020 @ 8.26 and the final one made on the 1st May 2020 @ 8.39 , today is the 15th of May 2020 and I have to date only received one payment , I have contacted the finance team and spoken with two chat reps and have been advised that my second payment would be made today the 15th of May 2020 and it has not. My first withdrawal took 8 working days to process , I expected the following withdrawals to fall in line with the 3 working days as advised in the terms and conditions I am more than irate at this stage at the process , everytime I contact a rep I get told its 3 more working days , this is the worst casino have ever used

Please note, that according to the Terms and Conditions of our site, every withdrawal request is processed within 3 working days by our Finance Department after your account is verified. We would like to kindly inform you that once your withdrawal is paid from our side, the payment itself can reach your bank account within 3-5 working days.

Nevertheless, we always strive to have withdrawals processed as quickly as possible. Moreover, you can always contact our Support or Finance team to find out the status of your current withdrawal requests!

Dear all,

Nomini team would like to provide a follow-up to the previous reply.

We would like to confirm that all of the payments have been already processed from our side and the player has been notified accordingly via email after every withdrawal.
Based on the above-written, we would like to proceed with the closure of this complaint, as we consider it resolved for all sides.
