I start play playson tournament on nomini casino and after 10 days in tournament l finish on 4th place with prize 2.000 eur
after 10 days in during in tournament is finished and l see message congratulations you have finished on 4th place and win prize 2.000 eur will be processed in 72 hours on your casino balance, tournament was finished 24.05.2020 after 5 days l don't get recive any money on my balance or banking account.
Yesterday l contact nomini live chat support and they say apologize for that l will be noticed with email when l get money they not say nothing datum or try to solve my problem. When l win 4th place there clear is written you will get prize in 72 hours.
Please help me.
