Hello,

The casino nomini has not paid me my money of 490€ since 05/01/2023.

I've already sent a lot of emails to customer service and they always put me off but don't pay my money. They only have excuses that it is being processed. It can't take that long, other casinos transfer the same day or the next day at the latest, unless nomini doesn't pay out and has 5 days to process it.

I ask for clarification and help.
