Refusal to pay under the additional documentation request
I have a pending withdrawal for 1,500 euros. I am already verified in this casino and in fact has been able to make withdrawals of around 400 euros for several times last December. However, when I tried to withdraw now, they asked me for additional documents such as a picture of me holding an ID. I complied with it and their agent told me to try to withdraw again.
When I tried to withdraw again, they cancelled my withdrawal and asked for additional documents such as payslips and bank statements which I previously submitted. I complied with their required documentation and submitted my payslips from Aug-Jan 2023 and my bank statement 6 months prior. I also included my bank statement for Jan 2023.
After I submitted the documents, they returned my Jan Bank Statement saying that it was disapproved because it was not required. Then they cancelled my withdrawal again asking for payslips for August, November and Dec 2022 which I have already provided them. Again, I provided them what they are asking.
Again they returned my 30 Nov 2022 payslip for the reason - "salary slip". It seems that they are just trying to make it difficult for me to withdraw this money. Perhaps you can help me, I have experienced this before with another casino and it was resolved through your help.
