Hello, I want you to help me with my problem again. I register at Betchan normally, I completly verificate my account and I normally deposit there numerous time and I also make many withdrawals to the point I won big money. I will show you the emails that I make deposit in last december and also made a withdrawal - to this point there was no problem and I didnt withdraw any larger amount, not above 370 eur. So I was given free spins like many times before....I got lucky...very lucky...I won over 1000 eur. And then of course problem started. Right after I tried to make withdrawal they started to claim that I have duplicated account. That is not true and I wanted them to show me any prove that there is another Sabina < name removed >registered in their casino....othervise they are obviously trying to scam me. They just said that they dont need to prove me anything...and that their decision is final and I will not get paid. they closed my account right after that and they didnt even reply or answer to me any more. I tried to reach them but with no luck. So the point it that they close my account right after I won big money...there were no problems since to this point....they normally take all my deposit and when I won big they just start claiming there is another Sabina < name removed >...And they dont need to prove that??? is there any evidence that there was any deposit made from this ''other account? Is the IP even from my country? Was there and verification made in that ''other account'' ? Those question are very easy to answer. Thank you.
