I am reaching out to you because my verification process at Mr.Bet has been repeatedly rejected. Despite being a loyal customer for over 5 years and having completed a total of 4,604 transactions, I have been unable to finalize the verification, even though I have submitted all the necessary documents. The relevant transaction was made via Apple Pay, which provides transaction details in a standardized format. This includes the transaction dashboard, the specific transaction receipt, and the associated card itself. I have uploaded all these documents as proof, including screenshots of the transaction history from the dashboard, the specific receipt for the transaction, and proof of the associated card.

Unfortunately, these documents have been rejected multiple times without clear communication about what additional information might be required. It appears that the specific format in which Apple Pay presents transaction details has not been fully considered. As Apple Pay provides transaction details in a fixed and standardized manner, I cannot submit alternative or supplementary proof beyond what I have already provided.

I have been a loyal customer of Mr.Bet for over 5 years and have successfully completed 4,604 transactions during this time. It is frustrating and disappointing that my issue remains unresolved despite my longstanding relationship with your platform. I am urgently requesting your assistance in resolving this matter. Should additional documents or proof be necessary, I kindly ask for a clear and detailed explanation of what is required so I can provide it accordingly.

Outstanding amount for the transfer: €4,150. Bank statement, account overview, and dashboard screenshot with transaction details have all been submitted multiple times.

Through the chat, I was able to complete the verification, and the transfer has been approved. Things are looking good at the moment, and since transfers have worked successfully after approval in the past, this should also be the case now.
