Hello, on June 8th I requested the amount of 2,700.00 euros to be paid out from Mr. Bet. According to support, it was determined whether I had to verify myself or not and that I should wait, which was ok for me. On June 10th I received the message that I should verify myself. I did this immediately. I uploaded both sides of my ID card, several transfer confirmations from my bank as a PDF and as a screenshot (name, account number, everything visible). a current invoice for my operating costs (name, address all visible). Since then, I've been constantly asking what's going on with my check and the process restarts almost every 48 hours. Support sent me an email telling me to send the bank documents because there were apparently problems uploading them. I send the required documents, in PDF and screenshot, to support via email. They thanked me and informed me that they would forward the documents directly to the verification office and that it would be completed in 24 at the latest. I've been stalled ever since. Please provide information on how I should proceed now?

I wanted to file a complaint about the casino listed, but it is not listed.

To finish the verification successfully, we requested a bank statement in PDF for 07/06/2024 with all deposits made on our website that day. Since several transactions were made that day, the security department has asked for a statement of all deposits for 07/06/2024.

The transfer confirmations have already been published several times as a PDF and screenshot on Mr. bet uploaded and sent to support by email. I have often received pre-written letters stating that the documents are already being checked!
I am sending the documents that have already been submitted as an attachment.

Regarding the documents you uploaded, we have reviewed the PDF files and found that they have been edited. Therefore, they cannot be accepted as proof of payment. Additionally, the statement does not include all transactions for 2024-06-07.

The screenshots you provided are also derived from these unsuitable PDF files and hence, they cannot be accepted either.

At this point, we are awaiting a complete statement that includes all deposits made on 2024-06-07 (a total of 5 deposits).

The documents have not been edited in any way, this is an insinuation!! You have the original documents from my bank as PDF several times, only the name was changed to save in order to upload the correct documents!!! Your statement is a false accusation to avoid the payout.

I have now uploaded the five transfer confirmations and a bank statement from June in PDF format. There are no other files at my bank.
If you were to read your email attachments you would see that PDF formats were always uploaded.

I would also like to see this evidence, as I have received the requested documents from the deposits from June 7th, 2024 (5 transfer confirmations, 1 account statement) in PDF several times on your site from mr. bet - Verification uploaded (there are screenshots) and sent to Mr. Bet's support team via email (there are also screenshots and reply emails where Mr. Bet thanks him for his cooperation) or uploaded.
Please clarify and report the casino.

If you have the required documents why does mr. then pray long enough to bring them in?

There was no violation and they received the original documents requested several times. Mr. Bet is just not able to pay out the amount he has won, for whatever reason?
Which is not fair to the customers and possibly future customers. This is not a good way to advertise the casino.
