
Hello, on June 8th I requested the amount of 2,700.00 euros to be paid out from Mr. Bet. According to support, it was determined whether I had to verify myself or not and that I should wait, which was ok for me. On June 10th I received the message that I should verify myself. I did this immediately. I uploaded both sides of my ID card, several transfer confirmations from my bank as a PDF and as a screenshot (name, account number, everything visible). a current invoice for my operating costs (name, address all visible). Since then, I've been constantly asking what's going on with my check and the process restarts almost every 48 hours. Support sent me an email telling me to send the bank documents because there were apparently problems uploading them. I send the required documents, in PDF and screenshot, to support via email. They thanked me and informed me that they would forward the documents directly to the verification office and that it would be completed in 24 at the latest. I've been stalled ever since. Please provide information on how I should proceed now?
