I have been trying since the 1st for withdrawal and they told me I might have to verify. I had asked them while my withdrawal was pending if I could verify as to speed up the process. Had a lot of trouble with my withdrawals with them citing the 7.9 clause which I asked them previously if fulfilled all my wagering requirements, in which they told me yeah and then proceeded to do an internal withdrawal which made my account not have enough for my withdrawals. I took the loss. They then asked me for verification which all passed except my id. I submitted my status card which got rejected and then I submitted my license which is brand new. They rejected that as well even though in one email they said it was sufficient. It’s been 2 weeks now and have been going back and forth with them. I just would please like to be verified and to get my $800 winnings? More attachments via email

I have been waiting since July 1st for withdrawals and verification, I have sent in clear ids how many times now. Which I have uploaded each one which are all very clear, I have been very patient as it is the 18th now! Please just help me be verified and let me withdraw my winnings !!

July 19 still nothing, submitted again on the 16…78ish hours. This process is frustrating and exhausting! Please just verify me already and pay me my winnings without anymore hiccups please?!
