On the 23rd of October I joined Mr bet and deposited $4000 into my casino account and played that day and went to win another $1375 on top of my $4000

I have asked for the total amount to be credited to the original credit card and mr bet is coming up that there is an issue with the payments.

I have contacted the credit card company as attached and there is no record of attempts of the funds being put into my credit card account.

Regards to Mr Bets reply, I have contacted ANZ visa and as per my correspondence with them in which I have given to Ask Gambler, there has been no decline by the credit card company, and there has been attempts from Mr bet to have the payment method processed through them,
I have now trying to use a second credit card through Mastercard, I have sent Mr bet a copy of this card and the credit card statement for this card, however there still seems to be a delay of withdraw from this card too, I do not have crypto currency accounts or other accounts mr bet has said are available,
The fact is that visa and Mastercard are withdraw facilities and this should be a straight forward process
This issue has been going on for the 24th of October, it has been very stressful and unfair, the fact that the casino can hold your legitimate winnings and deposit for so long is outright disgraceful

I will correct my last message, there has been NO attempts from Mr Bet to have the withdrawal made to my ANZ Visa card.

My account was verified on the 23rd of October, and now it is the 1st Of December , this is over a month , I have been trying from the 23rd of October to withdraw my funds however there has been obstacles From mrbet, I am still waiting for the funds , the complaint still stands,
The latest attempt of me to withdraw the status has been in process for a week, this is ridiculous, very frustrating

Regards my withdrawal request, the withdrawal has been in progress since the 24th of November, still waiting for the funds,
I have been trying to get the funds since the 23rd of October,
Totally unfair that it has come to this, very stressful and disappointing.

With regards to my latest withdraw request this has also been declined,
It has taken around 10 days since my request to mr Bet to have my funds withdrawn from my account, I have been trying to withdrawl my money since the 23rd of October , I have tried to use two of my credit cards and both have been declined , both credit cards are in my name and one of the credit cards was used to deposit the funds to Mr Bet.
I have recently Joined Skrill and I have requested my casino funds to be transferred to that account, I will report on this on how I go, and how long it takes for the request to be actioned.
