Regards to Mr Bets reply, I have contacted ANZ visa and as per my correspondence with them in which I have given to Ask Gambler, there has been no decline by the credit card company, and there has been attempts from Mr bet to have the payment method processed through them,
I have now trying to use a second credit card through Mastercard, I have sent Mr bet a copy of this card and the credit card statement for this card, however there still seems to be a delay of withdraw from this card too, I do not have crypto currency accounts or other accounts mr bet has said are available,
The fact is that visa and Mastercard are withdraw facilities and this should be a straight forward process
This issue has been going on for the 24th of October, it has been very stressful and unfair, the fact that the casino can hold your legitimate winnings and deposit for so long is outright disgraceful
