I've been playing Mr Bet casino for a couple of months.

On my birthday. (August 07/ 2025) I won $13'416 and since that day I've been trying to withdraw it.

First, they told me to verify my account. I've provided them with everything they've asked for.

-Provided my license with the correct address.

-Provided them with a bank statement. (With my correct address on it and date stamped)

-Verified my phone number.

They kept denying my bank statement, so I'd go bank to bank and get a new one. I had to do this 5 times. Tried using a direct deposit form also.

They used every excuse in the book to not verify my proof of address..

Verifying my phone number was supposed to be my final step, but now, they are telling me that 5 days ago that my account would be verified within 48 hours.

I still haven't been paid. I will attach all the emails and proof.

I've had to submit my documents again. The live chat gave me a message saying that my bank statement didn't pass because it was black and white.

Dear Joshyboy15,

Earlier, your proof of address document was not accepted because you uploaded a black and white document ( which means it is a copy or scan of the document). Such a document cannot be accepted; we can only accept the original document.

The last time, you uploaded the same document that we rejected. We ask you to upload an alternative document to the verification page. Please note that it must be an original.

Dear ASKGAMBLERS AND MR BET,
IN COMPLETE TRANSPARENCY, I, have emailed the two bank representatives that printed my documents at the bank to confirm they are printed in black and white... And that they are original documents, i can only access true documents verifying address this way as I was and am visiting family in BC since August 6,2025... I sent my license both sides and also a bank statement. This was the only way to confirm address. I am awaiting the named bank manager and personal banking associate to confirm (of which are on the documents sent) that are printed and original documents in black and white format. These are all the documents that I've sent to them.

I just got a response from the bank manger from TD Canada Trust. This is proof that all bank documents are printed in black & white format.

We previously requested a document confirming your address. Unfortunately, the latest documents you uploaded were not uploaded in full (the four corners of the document are not visible in the documents you uploaded).

We would like to remind you that you can always upload an alternative document, such as loan agreement, landline telephone bill, a home Internet bill, a residence certificate (must be stamped and signed, or at least stamped), etc. Our support team has sent you a complete list of documents by email and in a chat message.

To verify the address document, the document must be:
• no older than 3 months
• with the your address + full name
• all 4 corners of the document must be visible
• it must not be a cropped document, folded, or covered with anything (for example, some data or information covered with a card, or smudged with a marker, etc.)
• be of good quality – in a readable format
• not be a scan of the document (not black and white) or a screenshot

Okay, I just got back from the bank. I will upload my documents right now. I attached the bank tellers business card in one of the pictures to show that it's not Black and white. If you can see the chequing account numbers match. The documents are from different dates but they are both within 3 months.
