I am submitting a formal complaint regarding Mostbet.
I have been trying to complete verification and withdraw my funds, but Mostbet has been ignoring my requests for an unreasonably long time.
Timeline:
– 19 December: First email sent to [email protected] with passport documents
– 25 December: Second request sent (no response)
– 4 January: Documents sent again with full details
– 12 January: Documents sent in Russian and English
– 13 January: Additional documents sent via Telegram support
– 15 January: First complaint submitted
– 17 January: Second complaint submitted
– 18 January: FINAL NOTICE sent
– 21 January and later: Multiple follow-ups sent
Despite all this:
– Verification has not been completed
– Withdrawals remain blocked
– No clear explanation or timeframe has been provided
The only response I received recently states that “my account is active”, which does not resolve the issue and ignores the verification and withdrawal problem.

I kindly request assistance in resolving this matter and obtaining a clear answer from Mostbet regarding:
1) Verification status
2) Reason for withdrawal restriction
3) Estimated resolution time
