Good day,

I am writing to formally report a very unpleasant experience with Mostbet regarding my account and balance.

My account balance is $587, and I have been unable to access my account or withdraw my funds for an extended period.

After using the platform for about two weeks, my account was suddenly frozen. I was requested to submit all required verification documents, which I did promptly. Upon completion of the verification, I was informed that my account would be reopened within 14 days.

I waited the full 14 days, but my account remained frozen. Each time I contacted customer support, I received different explanations. I was later told to wait 60 days for further review. It has now been over 60 days, yet my account is still inaccessible, and my funds remain locked without any clear justification.

This situation is extremely frustrating and unacceptable. I respectfully request that my account be reviewed immediately and that access to my balance be restored, or my funds released without further delay.

I would appreciate an urgent resolution to this matter.

This is unacceptable.

You removed $120 from my balance by changing my winning odds to 1.00 after the bet was settled.

I did not receive any valid explanation or rule reference for this adjustment.

Please explain exactly why the odds were changed, provide the specific rule number, and return the $120 immediately.

The coupons were canceled for violating company rules, clause 5.11:
“Repeated bets on the same outcomes (or on dependent outcomes, for example: team win, team win or draw, team handicap, etc.) from the same Customers are not allowed, including the use of repeated bets on the same outcomes within several bets on a set of events.”

Any potential player can familiarize themselves with the rules before registering and, based on them, decide on a gaming strategy. By registering with our bookmaker, you agree to these rules.

This is not acceptable and makes no sense.

You are claiming that I placed the same bet twice. When I placed the bet, it was accepted successfully, and the game was won. Now you are saying something different and voiding my winnings.

I also have other games where I placed the same bet twice and those bets lost. Why weren’t those bets voided as well and my money returned?

I received no error message when placing the bet, and it was accepted successfully. Only after the game was won did you change the odds to 1.00 and void the winnings, which is completely unreasonable.

If you are voiding winning bets because they were placed twice, then you should also void the losing bets that were placed twice and refund my money.

I have not violated any of your rules. I placed a single bet, which was accepted, and then included that selection in my accumulation bet. Please provide evidence showing that single bets cannot be included in accumulations.

It seems that Mostbet is unfairly withholding my money, which is unacceptable. I am requesting the immediate return of my $120.

If you are going to void all single bets that were included in accumulations, do it correctly and consistently. Do not target only my winning tickets, and ensure your calculations are accurate.
