Both transactions are confirmed and successful on the blockchain, but after more than 33 hours, the funds have not been credited to my balance, and they do not even appear in my transaction history.

I am providing an update on my case and attaching a screenshot of the latest email received from Mostbet.
Following the credit of my balance, the casino has now placed my account under a "verification process" that they claim can last up to 60 days. I wish to formally dispute this measure for the following reasons:
Retaliatory Timing: This restriction was imposed immediately after the disputed funds were credited to my account. It is highly suspicious that a verification is only required now that I am attempting to withdraw my balance.
Unreasonable Delay: A 60-day timeframe for account verification is excessive and serves no purpose other than to delay the payout of my legitimate funds. This is especially true given that my intent is to withdraw and close the account.
Abuse of Terms: While the casino cites section 2.9, using this clause to freeze funds for two months without providing a specific security justification is an abusive practice.
I have rights as a player to access my funds. I kindly ask the AskGamblers team to intervene and request that Mostbet expedites this "verification" immediately, as there is no technical or security reason to hold my money for another 60 days.
