All document has been provided but still not verified for about 2 days. I am unable to withdraw my winnings from past 48 hours.
Last mail by Melbet was around 2 days ago saying "information is being checked by the specialist at the moment, please wait for your answer.
I wrote follow up mail but same reply has been received.
