I made a withdrawal request for 480e on 4 February. I have not received the money yet. I contacted support once, but they said that it was a financial department's problem. I can log on to my account and see that the withdrawal is pending. It is a skrill withdrawal.
They have not asked for any documents and this is not a bonus problem.
Could you help me?
