Withdraw keeps getting rejected

I have been waiting on payment since 26 may 2023 it keeps getting rejected. I played in good faith and expected to be paid the same they were happy taking my money but not paying me saying they need to look into it and will email me.

I have talked to there support team and it’s still not resolved.

I have sent all my drivers license and address where I live my banks both banks I use.

I’m sick of waiting 4 my money!

Fehlende Auszahlung seit 2 Wochen

Guten Tag, ich warte nun seit 2 Wochen auf meine Auszahlung , eine ältere Vorherige Auszahlung wurde innerhalb von 4 Stunden durchgeführt. Diesmal steht nun leider seit 2 Wochen das die Auszahlung bearbeitet wird, der Support wurde mehrmals angeschrieben ohne Antwort, mittlerweile lässt sich der Live Chat nichtmal mehr anklicken und die Kontakt email Adresse ist auch nicht mehr verfügbar. Ich habe die Befürchtung das das Casino geschlossen wurde? Wieso werden dann trotzdem weiter Einzahlungen akzeptiert? Ich bitte um baldige Klärung da ich von Dama eigentlich anderes gewöhnt bin und gerne meine Auszahlung erhalten möchte.

Auszahlung macht Probleme

Ich habe am 29.12 eine Auszahlung beantragt,in der Höhe von 1000 Euro.Am 30.12 in der Höhe von 500 Euro und am 31.12 in der Höhe vin 601 Euro.Mir wurd immer erklärt,dass die Auszahlung abgeschlossen ist.Heute wurde mir wieder erklärt innerhalb vom 5 Tagen wird sie verarbeitet.Jedesmal heisst es im moment was anderes.Skrill hat noch keinen Cent als Zahlungsdienstleister erhalten.Auszahlungen stehen alle 3 noch in progress.Bitte um Hilfe

Scammed and ignored

Hello, first of all I would like to say that I play in this casino for more then 3 years, with fully verified account. After depositing more than 800e, 3 days ago, I have won 1000eur, and asked for withdrawal, which is instant here btw.

Here my problem starts, more than 48hours no one has approved my withdrawal, I wrote like 5 emails, contacted my vip manager, and also live chat service.

No one is answering back and I am totally ignored which makes me so much stressed, because I am obviously scammed.

The worst thing is that they read the messages on live chat but they don't reply.

I asked via email that I want my account to be closed but normally first they must pay out my winnings, they also ignored this. Please help me get my money back, and help other people not to get scammed like me here.

Withdrawal pending casino seems dead

Hi Guys,

I only found this casino is blacklisted here.

I was with them for a couple of years, and they are still sending me promotions (last one 7 days ago), also deposits accepted and all games in place. Looks like the casino is operating as normal. But when I made a withdrawal request of 700 EUR 2 days ago, I found it is still pending.

Chat is not answering, and support email does not exist anymore.

I know it is part of the dama.n.v. group, so could you please advise me on my next steps? I probably can write a complaint to the Curacao gaming authority or whatever it is called, but maybe there is a better way that exists.

I know it is blacklisted, but any advice appreciated. It's a pure scam, I don't want to leave it like that.

Incomprehensible

This is the third time I have put money on this casino using a bonus code and it not show up.
The "support" person is completly incompetent. The time before this they refused to give it to me because they insisted it was TUESDAY when the bonus was for Wednesday. When it flipping was Wednesday!!!!!!
I later after arguing with said support person for half an hour.. realized they couldn't tell the day of the week. And they meant THURSDAY. Even though I had to figure it out on my own, as they insisted it was still Tuesday.

Today, they are claiming they can't issue my bonus because their system is down. After making me wait 20 minutes in chat when they said they were manually adding it. I want compensation for your ridiculously incompetent casino and your horrific excuses of supports

My payment is delayed since June 10th

I am trying to withdraw funds (2002,12€) (1500€ withdrawal pending) from www.kosmonautcasino.com

I am fully checked and had several cashouts in the past, no active wagering or anything else. I contacted customer service 5 days in a row but they always come up with new reasons why it's not working like we are waiting for finance dep. / and today a technical Problem .. three days ago they said that the money should be there in a few hours but nothing happened.

The usual time for a withdrawal used to be within 24h.

Maybe someone here or from the casino can bring some light to this.
