This is the third time I have put money on this casino using a bonus code and it not show up.
The "support" person is completly incompetent. The time before this they refused to give it to me because they insisted it was TUESDAY when the bonus was for Wednesday. When it flipping was Wednesday!!!!!!
I later after arguing with said support person for half an hour.. realized they couldn't tell the day of the week. And they meant THURSDAY. Even though I had to figure it out on my own, as they insisted it was still Tuesday.
Today, they are claiming they can't issue my bonus because their system is down. After making me wait 20 minutes in chat when they said they were manually adding it. I want compensation for your ridiculously incompetent casino and your horrific excuses of supports

1. According to the bonus rules of the promo code KOSMOWED item 1:
The bonus is available for players who have placed at least 1 deposit, weekly, from Wednesday 00:00 UTC to Wednesday 23:59 UTC (https://www.kosmonautcasino.com/bonus-terms-and-conditions/wednesday-no-wagering).
At the time you entered it was Thursday 06:41, so the promo code was not applied.
But in spite of this you were given an alternative loyalty bonus, which was larger than the amount claimed from the promo code.
2. As for the BETTER promo code, it really didn't work for you automatically due to technical reasons. As soon as the technical work was stopped, the bonus of 90% of your deposit was added to your gaming account. But unfortunately, you did not use this bonus to the end and it eventually expired.
