Party Casino - Long verification process, casino is not cooperative at all
I have uploaded documents numerous times via mobile and desktop, I have emailed every email address I can find and still have not received a response or had my account verified.
I telephoned support and was disconnected whilst talking to someone so wasted credit on my phone.
The other weekend I clicked on the "withdrawal option" on the menu but didn't realise I was directed to the "depositing" option and accidentally deposited instead of withdrawing. I did send emails advising I had made a mistake and needed them to verify my account asap so that I could request those funds back. A week had now gone by and I have heard nothing. I appreciate that I should have checked more thoroughly but I don't normally expect that when I chose a "withdrawal" option that I will be directed to the "depositing" page and having to click again on withdrawal. I'm a single mum and don't have much extra cash, all I want is to be able to withdraw the deposit amount made in error as soon as possible.
I have sent through a copy of my Queensland issued drivers license both front and back, a screenshot of my neteller account details and a recent utility bill to confirm my address. Surely this is enough ID to verify the account, it has been at every other casino that I have played on. A response or a call back from someone would have been nice.
