It's been more than 18 days but my withdrawal of Rs 19700 under transaction Id 31bab18a-47e3-43f1-90b6-cc364dad3c93 is still in pending status only.
It seems like they have no intention to complete my withdrawal and just give excuses one after another.

You tell me it's already been three weeks and your so called internal verification is not getting completed. Is 20 days is not enough for you?
Lastly you name me just one genuine bookmaker except yourself who not give their client withdrawal in 20 days.
