They told me that I needed to wait at least 1 business day to complete my withdrawal, but after the next day, they told me my transactions had indeed exceeded the expected timeframes because of some technical reasons and didn't give me a specific time.

But before that, I was able to withdraw very quickly only took about 5 minutes, now it takes a lot of time.

After 5 days, finally i got my payment to my bank account. Thanks ggbet and askgambler, you can now close the case
