The casino delayed all my payments. I had two separate initials withdraws of 300 and 200. They sent me the 200 and then they sent me another 100 saying that its the remaining which is not i have sent them all screen shots and still did a reconciliation for them. It seems they cant read the references or the clear evidence that this are two separate withdraws. Since then since the casino is a joke i closed my account and im in constant communication with them trying to resolve the issue until today. I have all the screenshots which i can send to you

This is a terrible error that occurred due to a technical glitch in our bank account. I just ordered that a transaction be made for you. It will be sent to your bank account on Monday at the latest.
We will definitely find out with the bank why this error occurred and will try to prevent such situations from happening again.
