Hello,

I ask you to help me get my money - 2107 Euro, which Fezbet casino is illegally holding.

On September 18, 2023, I received a message from the casino, according to which a unilateral decision was made to block my account. I was also informed that my funds in full would be paid to me in the near future.

On September 28, I sent an official complaint to the casino.

But, as of today - October 09, my 2107 Euros have not arrived in my Skrill payment wallet from which I made a deposit.

In accordance with clause 6.2. Terms and conditions published on the casino website, deposits and withdrawals are carried out within the framework of the payment system, which can be selected on the casino website. Withdrawals are made using the same payment method that was used for depositing. I chose the Skrill payment system. As of September 28, the method I chose was available. Screenshot attached.

Please help me resolve a dispute with the casino in getting my money

The necessary information for crediting my balance to the payment wallet has already been provided. Providing bank details is not advisable due to the fact that crediting the balance to my bank account is not comfortable for me. I provided the appropriate justification.
