Hello,

I sent necessary documents to Evobet at 8th July, and account is still not verified so I cannot submit withdrawal. Account balance is 484.03€. I asked them over e-mail what's going on, they replied.


"Dear

We would like to inform you that even though usually similar cases take up to 3 working days, you might experience some delays due to increased workflow at the current point.

Rest assured that we are doing the best we can in order to assist you with your request the soonest as possible."


However, this is not true because account is not verified even after 5 days.
