I have pending withdrawal 25 days ago and another 15 days ago, total 1229EUR in pending withdrawals from Casinia.
I ask all the time to Casinia live chat support, they say all the time the same- just wait, same answer day after day and no withdrawal has been completed yet. I added screenshot so you can see it.

Casinia paid me those 3 oldest withdrawals in the amount of 1229€, so I guess this case is solved.
However, I have 2 more withdrawals from Casinia pending, total amount of 587€, hopefully they'll pay this soon.
