Hello,
I have requested 3 withdrawals of about 800€ each, they are still pending since (30.12.21, 31.12.21, 01.01.21) but in the terms and conditions, they say the withdrawal is being processed within 3 working days.
I already contacted the live support but they only excuse for the delay and said everything is okay with the withdrawals.
Casinia requested KYC documents now, I provided all requested documents to them. Hope it will go faster now.
Now the withdraw was processed. As soon as I receive the whole amount, I will close this issue.
