I requested my withdrawal the 3rd of August. Today its the 9th, and I have yet not heard anything about my withdrawal, documentation or anything. They say they dont handle withdrawals during the weekends, but now its the 5th working day after my requested withdrawal.

On their helpsite it says they complete withdrawals within 3 days. So how Come its now the 5th day, and still no action?
