Hello,

I requested a payment in December 2023.

I uploaded the requested documents, and they accepted.

They didn't send the money but also asked for the skrill statement. I uploaded it. After 3 weeks they asked again.

Customer service can't help. They don't answer emails. I don't know what else I should do to get my money paid

upload ...but i think 2023.0­9.0­1-2­023.09.30 ask...and dont 2024.09.30 ...because I can't, now 2024.02.20!!!
