Hi, I won 570000 Nok= 68000 Euro..I have been making requests af 10000 NOK each because its their limit ..They have according to their own t&c chapter: 6.7.1-6.14-6.15, which so then is 24 working hours to process the requests, which i made 3/9 11.15 AM...The last payout was yesterday, a schedule of the rest 57 of them at 10000 Nok ain't provided..But regarding several mails and i still haven't received the promised schedule, and i cant get an answer back from the finance department... I hope that Askgamblers will try to help me with this issue...? Best regards < personal info removed >

First of all, thank you very much Askgamblers for reciving my complaint, and for helping me with my problem...
I have just recived a mail from Casinia Casino, including a scedule for 4 payments...
The is one payment today, which i already have recived in my Neteller account, and the 3 others will be transferred
next week at 10/9 - 12/9 - 14/9...
I was also told that after i recived the last payment 14/9 i have to send a request to casinos KYC again, where i ask to be provided with a scedule over the remaining, and still pending 46 payments...
So all is in order by now, i just hope it will keep being like this, and i will recive the scedule over all the remaining payments this time, and within the casinos own timeframe, 24 hours after i have made the request again...

Based on submitter's last post AskGamblers Complaints Team consider this case as Resolved and it is officially closed now.
