I submitted a withdrawal in the amount of $200 on February 8th. I inquired about it after a week passed and was told not to worry by online chat. It’s been almost another week now and I still have not seen the payment come through. I contacted online chat again and could not get an answer but they did provide me with an email address for support. I will send an email to them as well. I also noticed all the complaints of players not getting their payouts in a timely manner, or at all, this casino does seem to have a habit of this and I’m a little worried.

I am attaching a screenshot of the transaction and one other showing that I did not need to further verify my account. I will also be posting screenshots of my online chat conversations.
Here are the screenshots of my conversation with 2 associates at Casinia. Initially I felt I was receiving automated reply. But it appears that the associates you chat with have a script they have to adhere to. It also seems that non payment of funds is fairly common with this casino and its casino group. Which is really sad because they offer some really good games that I enjoy playing. I now not only have an outstanding payment at Casinia of $200, but one at Funbet, a sister site, for $100 that I am going to have to submit a complaint about.
Today I finally received my withdrawal I submitted on the 8th of February. While I am glad that I did, I will be steering clear of this casino. If it online assistance cannot communicate with the financial department that is a red flag for me. Especially when you have to select the reason you need to speak with a representative. I also was paid out a couple of days ago for another of this groups casinos FunBet that I’ll probably not play there either to save myself the headache. Too bad too. Love the selection of games but the point of playing is to hopefully win a little bit and be able to actually withdraw it. I would need to trust that their 2 day withdrawal policy was the guideline the casino followed but it is clear they deviate from that and that is a problem.
