Again delayed withdrawals
Dear all,
I am sorry, but I have to write a claim again. Last time my withdrawls were delayed for 2 weeks, now this finance department play the same game with me again. I had a lot of luck with my bets, so that my total balance is now 12,500 EUR. Now I am trying to withdraw the following:
withdrawl request from: 02/04/2024: Amount 500 EUR - still pending (as of date today 6 business days)
withdrawl request from: 03/04/2024: Amount 500 EUR - still pending (as of date today 5 business days)
withdrawl request from: 04/04/2024: Amount 500 EUR - still pending (as of date today 4 business days)
As you can see, they do not treat winning player in a good way; I see no other reason for this delay.
What did I wrong, that Casinia is treating me like this. Am I not a good client?
Please advice my withdrawls in an acceptable time; especially my withdrawl requests in the near future.
