Issues with account verification

I registered on Bonusbet about 3 weeks ago and won €297. I sent the requested documents to verify my account. After that I received an email from Betsamigo Casino (not Bonusbet Casino!): "We would like to inform you that your account has been temporarily suspended for security reasons.
Please provide us with additional documents as proof of identity and proof of address."
I sent them the all needed documents but I received the next message:
"Thank you for providing us with your documents. We would like to inform you that we do not accept documents via email." But I have no access my Bonusbet Casino. I can't figure out why they write me from another casino. It's Betsamigo Casino. I have Betsamigo account and have no problems with it. I can't understand anything.
As a result my Bonusbet Casino account was suspended and the winning was stolen!
