Withdrawals locked and misleading support promises
Hi,
I am honestly tired of this casino’s lies and useless support.
I won money on this casino and deposited using both my MiFinity account and my bank card, as clearly shown in the screenshot I provided. But when I try to withdraw, every single withdrawal method is greyed out and locked, and all of them say “this method is not available.”
I contacted live chat support and they apologized, said they would fix the issue, and told me I would receive an email. For a moment I thought the support was actually helpful, but nothing was fixed at all.
I had to contact support again, and they gave me the same nonsense instructions about clearing cache, cookies, changing browser, etc. I did everything they asked and the problem is still there because this is clearly an issue on their side, not mine.
I wasted over an hour in live chat and they resolved absolutely nothing. I am tired of being misled and given false promises instead of actual help.
Please make them fix this issue properly and stop blaming the customer for their own technical problems.
