I have been a member many times at this casino and made many withdrawals but never had problems. On February 3rd, I won a sum and was supposed to withdraw for 24 hours, it was waiting, finally I received an email that I should verify my purchase. absolutely, I did it in exactly the same way as one should do. since February 4th everything is still and customer service can only apologize. it is therefore a policy that they must verify within 24 hours which is absolutely not true. I am very disappointed as I have been a member for a long time and never had these concerns.
