I requested my withdrawal 7 days ago. After 2 days money returned to my gaming account without a word of explanation. I requested it again in Monday and still did not receive 4900 PLN of my money. I asked live chat and email support for help many times but they do not know why my witdrawal is delayed from so long time. Sometimes they say that my payment is being checked for unknown reasons, and sometimes they say that the delay was caused by a long queue of payments. I am asking for help, the company is violating its own regulations because according to them it has 24 hours to accept and process the payment.
