Casino Complaint
Hello, I deposited on BetonRed Casino on April 26th,2024 to claim their HighRoller Bonus, after completing wagering, I was left with a balance of 6925$ CAD. My first withdrawal on the same day was cancelled and I was asked to provide updated documents for verification. I was already verified in the past with ID requests, but they requested an updated proof of address and proof of deposit. I provided what they asked for and they emailed me finally on May 29th to confirm my verification was successful, I proceeded to withdraw again and my payout was once again cancelled the following day, I spoke to a chat agent, who told me that I need to provide a proof of deposit again, I explained that it was already provided and accepted, the agent provided no reason why I have to send again or acknowledged at all that it was sent and accepted. I have spoken to 3 more chat agents in the last 3 days who all seem to give me the same response and ignore that they are asking me to send the same document again.
All that being said, I have attached a screenshot of my transaction history, and the email sent by the casino confirming my successful verification.
I have already been dealing with this issue for 2 months and I don't see a path where the casino pays me as they are obviously delaying payment. Please help me resolve this issue.
