I registered in the casino a few months ago and despite some verification steps, it all went well for a while. I had a successful withdrawal. However, I have a pending withdrawal of nearly 1300 euros from the 22nd of May (via crypto). Since then I sent several e-mails but I have paid no attention and they just dont answer to me. On live chat, they told me that they would leave a notification to their colleagues however it did not change anything.
They have no phone, so I am starting to get a bit worried about my money. Would you please help me? I have attached a screenshot of my pending withdrawal.
