I am lodging this complaint at BetChan casino because I recently won 451 USD and proceeded to request a cash out.
The request was declined due to having a 'duplicate account' and I have been advised that they cannot give me any details about the duplicate account - which I doubt exists in the first place.
They have refunded my single deposit I used to win the funds with however if they never planned on paying me any winnings they should not be accepting any deposits from when this so called 'duplicate account' was created?
It seems wrong to keep accepting deposits and only bring the issue up when I request a withdrawal.
Since they never intended on paying me anything from my deposits should I not be entitled to receive all the initial deposits which were done since this so called 'duplicate account' was registered?
They will not even give me the date this account was created as many deposits have been made on my account which would probably be quite a large refund if tallied up.
I would really like to know who this 'duplicate clone' of me is too.
If my winnings are confiscated and you withhold information to justify the cause, stop accepting deposits and only make issues when withdrawals are requested.
You can't have it both ways it's almost fraudulent because I have made purchases at your casino for products/services which were not valid?
