Unable to withdraw funds which their own website clearly shows as available to cash out

The website says I can cashout 0.24370000 BTC. I try to cashout that amount and get an error.

I sent a screenshot to the casino for help and they implied that my screenshot was not an up-to-date representation of what I am seeing.

They sent the following:

"The programmers are not sure when your screenshots were taken, but maybe before your bets on American Roulette and Zoom Roulette?

Please don't hesitate to let me know if you have any questions."

The most up-to-date photo was taken around 10:30 am on the 21st of July.

There is an error on the part of the casino. This much is undeniable. Due to the fact that they are showing me wrong numbers leading me to bet money I otherwise would not have and due to the fact that this error is the casino's not mine I would like them to allow me to cashout the amount shown to me as available.

I will consider this resolved when I am able to cashout the 0.24370000 BTC I was led to believe was available for me to cashout.

Video evidence has been taken showing the date and time of this error as well as all the numbers will be made available as soon as it uploads.

You are correct, you should have been able to withdraw that amount without canceling the bonus. I have canceled the Welcome Bonus and your balance shows 0.24370000 BTC. This is available for your immediate withdrawal. I am very sorry I didn't think to cancel the bonus in the 1st place.
This seems to be a software issue and our programmers are working with the software supplier to solve this. I wanted to make sure you didn't have to wait for them for an answer, since it's the weekend.

Sehr geehrte Damen und Herren,

Leider hat dass Casino Betchain ohne weitere Ankündigungen seit dem 31.07. geschlossen. Habe zuletzt sogar am 29. eingezahlt gehabt und am 30.07., wollte ich auch einzahlen, jedoch war meine Einzahlungsmethode nicht mehr zu sehen daraufhin, habe ich den Live chat geschrieben und am 31.07. habe ich die Antwort erhalten, dass sie das Casino schliessen und ich meine Gelder abheben solle, doch dass Casino war dann schon Offline gegangen, sodass ich nicht mehr auf die Seite kam. Jedoch habe ich weiter versucht auf die Seite zu gelangen, welches mir auch gelungen ist über ein Link von meiner Mail, dann wollte ich meine Gelder abheben doch es sind keine auszahlungsmethode verfügbar und meine davor gestellten Auszahlung wurden abgelehnt, sodass auf mein Konto ein gesamt Betrag von genau 3429.81 Euro ist. Daraufhin habe ich mehrfach 4 verschiedene Emails angeschrieben, die ich gefunden habe, wann ich denn meine Gelder erhalten würde doch leider kam keine antwort. Ich bitte um ihre Hilfe dass ich mein restliches Geld erhalte. Vielen Dank im vorraus für ihre Unterstützung. Wenn sie Fragen haben oder etwas benötigen stehe ich ihnen gerne zur verfügung.

Keine Auszahlung auf mein Skrill Konto

ich habe am 17. August einen höheren Geldbetrag gewonnen. wollte diesen dann per Banküberweisung auszahlen lassen. Die Auszahlungen wurden dann von betchain gecancelt, da sie zu hoch waren, und als Auszahlung per skrill bestätigt.

Die summe beträgt 1500 Euro, leider wurde dieser Betrag bis heute nicht auf meinem skrillkonto gutgeschrieben. Die zweite Auszahlung die ich am 23. August tätigte, diesmal auf mein Bankkonto und ebenfalls 1500 Euro wurde nach kurzer zeit gutgeschrieben. Ich bin nun seit Freitag dem 18. August mit betchain in Kontakt, der support im chat teilte mir mit ich müsse bitte geduld haben und warten, wegen dem Wochenende verzögert sich alles, dass war am 19. August.

Der Support über email hat mir auf meine 5 emails einmal geantwortet, und mir mitgeteilt das es bearbeitet ist und auf mein skrillkonto gesendet wird, dass war am 23. August.

Ich habe den support eine skrill Transaktionsliste gesendet, screenshots usw. wo ersichtlich ist , dass die 1500 Euro nicht gutgeschrieben wurden.

Mein Konto bei betchain ist komplett verifiziert, sie haben alle daten von mir erhalten, (skrill, bank, adresse, ausweiss) Ich habe kein zweites Konto oder sonstiges.

I'm afraid that the process won't drag on for too long

Hello! I registered a couple of days ago, was looking for new casinos for myself with a good welcome bonus, well, and chose this casino, because of the high ratings and reviews. After registration, I made the first deposit to get the bonus, but alas, nothing was credited automatically, I tried to write in the online chat, to the support mail, waited a couple of hours, no one even answered, as if no one was there and the site was abandoned. Well, I could not resist and started playing at the expense of my deposit, won a little, uploaded all the necessary documents, filled in personal data on the account and made a withdrawal request. In the chat a couple of times a day, if you manage to catch the same operator Jasmin Thompson, I wrote to her, what's the matter, check the documents and confirmation of payment, I see in the verification section all the documents were accepted, but the payment is hanging and awaiting confirmation. Maybe I don't understand something, but there can't be such long withdrawals for cryptocurrency in 2025. You even have a description about 6-8 hours for cryptocurrency. I'm afraid that the process won't drag on for too long, I liked the casino, the payout is good, but in terms of support and payout speed, I'm disappointed so far.

Betchain is not Paying out 50 Euro since 5th of December

I made a Withdraw (50€) on 5.12.2004 since then nothing happened. Everytime I asked the Chat they said to me I had to wait a "little bit" and just ask later for updates. Or the Agents told me they sent it to the finance department. But nothing happened. Friday they told me the Manager would have a look and clear this in No time (Screenshot). But guess what? Nothing happened. Today they told me the same to wait a "little bit". So its nearly 2 Weeks and I don't believe them anymore.

Withdrawal 2500 EUR not processed for 5 days

I made withdrawal request 15.8. 2024. After 5 days it's still not being processed. It's not my first withdrawal via Mifinity, other methods like bank card I used to withdraw too. This withdrawal I requested via Mifinity because I deposited via Mifinity last time and from this deposit I won. I deposited 30 and recieved 100%bonus. Bonus has 40 x wagering which I did and after finishing wagering of bonus I continued to play. Then I reached point where I decided to withdraw my money. 2500eur. It's maximum of withdrawal limit to one transaction via Mifinity. And from that time I am waiting and reading still same assurances from vip manager.

Account closed, access granted from restricted country

I was allowed an account and to deposit while living in a country that isn't actually accepted here and I believe that I should be refunded my deposits due to now being blocked from the casino and it not being possible for me to cashout my balance when I learned of the restrictions here. It's complete nonsense that they didn't know where I created my account from so its not my fault I was allowed access furthermore being denied to withdraw any funds after I was the one who informed them of the mistake while asking to refund my deposits and close my account. So the deposits were basically stolen with my account now closed and no response to several attempts to contact the casino support via email

Betchain Casino - I can not withdraw my winnings and my account has been blocked

Hello. I have been playing at an online casino for some time and recently faced a very unpleasant situation. I won 6.89 LTC and was very happy about it, of course. I haven't won money at the casino that often. However, it turned out that winning money was not the most difficult. I was never able to withdraw my winnings.

The problem with withdrawing money

I have a problem with the withdrawal of winnings in this casino. The fact is that on July 12 I won 4.22 LTC and from that moment the difficulties began. I sent my driver's license for verification, address confirmation, and a selfie with my license. In my account, all my documents are approved and confirmed. Customer Support lying and delaying withdrawals on purpose

Hello there, I was playing with BetChain for a couple of months and always lost money, this time I won a small amount of 600€ and cash out 450€. The withdrawal was delayed and I asked the support the next day, it was a male and female and both of them told me to wait for 48h and 72h.

One of the support workers told me "their is nmo withdrawals at the weekend and i should wait til monday evening please" , I read last night (sunday 14.08.2022) that they process payments 24/7 so wow first lie from a support worker on a casino site that calls them Legit and trusted ?!

Today I asked again cause I can't wait anymore but this time another worker called "babbs" told me I need to verify myself that's why it's delayed, I didnt recieved an email and the support didnt tell me that at first either.

I made my verification today, I want this to be processed honestly and asap cause this casino is shady and got wrong priorities!

I don't believe in receiving my money at all.

Authentication of account taking forever

Betchain is supposed to be a fast withdrawal casino. I beg to differ. I Sent my documents in and made a withdrawal and keep contacting support but they just keep saying I need to wait. No reason for it to take this long!! Ive contacted support numerous times and they just say the same thing. No response last time!!! Please verify my account and withdraw my winnings please.
