My account has been fully verified and I submitted a withdrawal on the 17th September via bank transfer for £10. As I had never used this method before and Betboro would not let me withdraw back to my card i deposited with I didn't want to withdraw my whole balance at once as I was concerned. I actually received this money the next day and thus decided to withdraw the rest (£192) on the 18th September to the same account using exactly the same details.

Several days later I received an email from Betboro saying there was something wrong with my bank details and they needed me to clarify them (they were exactly the same as which was used before). I then replied back to the email providing them with the same details again. Since then I have had absolutely nothing. The money shows as being paid on my betboro account but I have not received anything into my account.

I contacted live chat on the 26th and they told me there was a problem on their end and I should receive the money in a few days, this has not happened and they are now ignoring my emails.

Ask gamblers have replied to your request for this on numerous other complaints stating

You've had weeks already. The first email you sent asking for me to clarify the details was a load of nonsense as they details were exactly the same as the account you previously paid the £10 into.
What you are doing is attempting to stall as much as possible in the hope this goes away. You're trying to STEAL my money. Bearing in mind I never actually made any profit from your site it's utterly scandalous. My total deposits were 200 with a turn over of 200 and I'm now requesting a withdrawal of 192!!!!!!!!!

Still waiting.... 18th September. It's completely unacceptable. I'm already complaint to IBAS and the gambling commission for a different matter regarding betboro, I'll just add this on if payment isn't made. You're deliberately holding back payment, stealing my money

Right. For starters the free bets issue hasn't been raised here but seeing as you wish to raise it lets make some things clear for anybody reading this who potentially wishes to sign upto betboro.

Your claims of bonus abuse are completely frivolous and unfounded. It is a disgusting attempt to get out of paying for free bets that were obtained in good faith.

Explain this, how is it possible to have multiple accounts when I have never used betboro before and when the customer sends off copies of their passport and identification like I have done? It is simply impossible to have multiple accounts. You're liars and cheats.

Furthermore, you claim that my IP address was previously used to sign upto your site, as I previously explained internet service providers recycle IP addresses so it is impossible to monitor. If your 'systems' truly did detect multiple sign ups then it shouldn't have even allowed me to register.

That's besides the point.

You claim to have made the payment on the 4th October. What is this now? The 3rd time you have claimed to make a payment and surprise surprise, as of the 8th October, still NO money received. The first payment was received in less than 24 hours after it was made, so yet again more lies.

Make the payment of the money I'm owed so I can be done with you guys.

I can honestly say in the 8 years or so I've been gambling online I've NEVER had any issues with any bookmaker or casino until now.

I hope you have hard evidence for your claims because what you are doing now is committing libel. You are already overdue with the subject access request I submitted and I will be going to the information commissioner's office. You think because you are registered in curacao you can avoid any repercussions but you also have offices registered in Germany and you're (somehow) licensed with the gambling commission.

Go ahead and provide your 'evidence' to the admins of this forum, you have none, I'll just hit them with a subject access request as well.
