BetBoro Casino - Delaying my payment for almost a month

After being restricted from placing bets, betboro took over 1 month before they allowed me to make my first withdrawal, between requested documents and verifications. After all the waiting, they limited me to withdraw 100 euro per week (my balance was 2400 euro). I was able to make 5 withdrawals of 100 euros (coincidence or not is the value i deposited). Today to my surprise, they informed me that I tried to manipulate the system and that my IP has several registered accounts (which is not true, because I only have one account and one cell). This bookmakers is really scam. Don't open account or they do that with who wins some profit.

Hi, I have tried to withdrawal my balance of 1956 GBP with betboro since the start of 2020. I have requested withdrawal through skrill and ecopayz, which are the depsoited methods I have used. They all got rejected. I was asked to do a bank transfer instead. This was not an withdrawal option so it had to be done manually. I sent in the bank information they asked, but they never wired the money. I have waited over 30 days, which they said was their maximum time to pay. Since this did not work I tried to withdraw to my visa card. That was also rejected. I asked betboro for a solution so they could pay my balance on live chat. Their soultion was to ban me from their live chat. I hope betboro can come to a soultion here.

After making a withdrawal of my winnings of about 800USD and hearing no response from Betboro, I emailed them only to receive my last response 8 days ago. They asked for all my documents to verify the account and since then have not replied to my previous 4 emails. Several emails asking them if my account is verified and if I can receive my funds have gone unanswered.
I deposited via an E-Wallet here in Brazil called Vcreditos which I have used successfully on other sites. After reading about other reviews this seems to be a common practise of Betboro to only pay out customers once put under pressure by bad reviews and complaints. I am happy to provide proof of emails sent and the single email received from Betboro.

I signed up with betboro 2 months ago, I sent all the requested documents to verify my account but Betboro never validated it for me. First they told me that he did not accept the scans but only the photos then that they wanted a photo of me with an ID in hand. I always sent the documents they asked for. When I wanted to make a withdrawal it was canceled. My account was then suspended no more access to any game and now unable to connect. Of course it does not respond to my emails, when I try to contact the chat it cuts the conversation by telling me that my account has been closed definitively. I have 1000 euros which I cannot recover on their site. I would like to know what I can do.

I received an email on 26 December with a promotion for free spins from 26 Dec to 1 Jan. On 26 December I deposited £51 expecting to receive 50 free spins the following day, as per the promotion but I didn't get them. I've contacted the help desk three times (two proofs attached) and had a variety of responses from 'technical issues' to telling me the spins have been credited to my account, which they haven't. It would seem I've now been prevented from contacting the online help desk as each time I try I get a prompt to send an email without being able to use the live function. I opened account in Betboro, I deposited 200 euro and took 50% welcome bonus. I had good luck and managed to reach 1 247,xx euro balance while wagering bonus. After I completed bonus wagering I verified my account as Betboro asked. Documents accepted but Betboro asked additional selfie of me holding ID in my hand. I sent selfie and then got e-mail:

3. Should there be a suspicion, presumption or an indication of fraud, betboro has the right to cancel all bets with the same person or persons without notice and freeze the entire account balance.
3.1 Criminal acts and acts manipulating the system will not be tolerated and will result in the immediate closing of the customer’s account as well as completed and uncompleted bets being declared invalid.
4. Betboro reserves the right to close account in any case of attempt of fraud against the company. This includes any system based on the use of software, techniques, computer, machines or similar tool.”

I asked in Betboro live chat about what I have done. Customer servant denied to give me any explanation and closed live chat. Betboro also blocked live chat from my IP address so I couldn’t reach them again.

When l logged in I noticed that also my whole betting history was deleted. I couldn’t even find those canceled bets as everything in account history was deleted.

Betboro is stating there that I have manipulated system and attempt to fraud. I have just placed normal bets mostly in live and haven’t done anything wrong. In my opinion betting company is going to make fraud against me. So far I haven’t got any proof and don’t even know what I have done here. They just took my balance.

I registered on the site betboro.com January 13, 2019. On January 25, after several weeks of playing, my account was blocked, after which I sent all the necessary documents to verify my account. I was informed that I should expect 30 working days. After the expiration of this period, I wrote a new email asking what the situation is with the verification of my account. But I was informed that the account is still checked. In April, I was again informed that my account is still checked. Since then no one has ever answered my letters. Hello. I made my account about a year ago. At the end of November 2018 this casino blocked my account with my money for no reason and I was demanded:
1) photo of passport
2) selfie with your passport
3) photo form of payment of utilities
4) photo of my face with a piece of paper
I provided all these photos and documents and then I was told to wait 30 days. After 30 days I contacted a live chat on their website where I was told to wait another 10 days. Also I was told to contact by email [email protected] ,but addressing there, ignored me, Further I addressed practically every month, since November, 2018 and finishing November, 2019, and to me every time speak there is an investigation, and exact terms of its termination and the reasons of blocking to me nobody names.

I am being completely road blocked by Betboro and they are refusing to verify or pay my balance.
Long story short, betboro put my account under review without reason given. I submitted all my documents. Initially they said the "investigation" period would take 7 days. I never heard back. When I inquired they now said the "investigation" is taking 30 days. Again I never heard back and not a single reason was given during this time. I have played at many sportsbooks and casions and can assure you I am astute in reading terms of service and realizing when I am getting the run around/scammed from a company.

My account is now locked, Betboro do not reply to my emails, there last reply I had was over 3 months ago. There still has not been a single reason given. I have sent numerous email which fail to receive a reply.

From reading forums all over the net it's clear betboro has gone rouge and is scamming numerous players without any reason or proof. You can literally type in "betboro payout complaints" and read many complaints across many different websites all with a similar theme. "account gets put under investigation for set amount of days without reason" "time limit expires and still no reason given" "betboro stop replying to any communication".

24.05.19 - Send verification documents
27.05.19 - Follow up with betboro as have not heard back re verification
28.05 - Betboro ask for selfie holding I.D which I send
31.05 - I request withdrawals and betboro reject withdrawals without reason, I send email asking why.
1.06 - Betboro sends email saying account is under investgation, quotes 7-12 days max.
4.06 - Betboro sends update to my registered email calling me by a random name and saying my account is now under review for 30 more days to "check further for internal faults" whatever that means.
7.07 - Have not heard anything so I send email to check on my account status. My account has been able to log in for over a month now.
22.07 - I send another follow up email as I still have not had a reply
7.08 - I send another follow up email as I still have not had a reply

Todays date 23.09. 14 weeks since I have heard from betboro. They have stolen my funds and are just choosing to ignore any communication I try to have with them. Still no reason given.
