Hello. I made my account about a year ago. At the end of November 2018 this casino blocked my account with my money for no reason and I was demanded:
1) photo of passport
2) selfie with your passport
3) photo form of payment of utilities
4) photo of my face with a piece of paper
I provided all these photos and documents and then I was told to wait 30 days. After 30 days I contacted a live chat on their website where I was told to wait another 10 days. Also I was told to contact by email [email protected] ,but addressing there, ignored me, Further I addressed practically every month, since November, 2018 and finishing November, 2019, and to me every time speak there is an investigation, and exact terms of its termination and the reasons of blocking to me nobody names.

Concerning this complaint, we would like to inform you that this account breached the terms and conditions of our company and more particularly he breached the following terms:
3. Should there be a suspicion, presumption or an indication of fraud, betboro has the right to cancel all bets with the same person or persons without notice and freeze the entire account balance.
3.1 Criminal acts and acts manipulating the system will not be tolerated and will result in the immediate closing of the customer’s account as well as completed and uncompleted bets being declared invalid.
Due to the above breach of the terms we have voided all his bets (winnings and losing) and we deducted 10% of the deposited amount as transaction costs.
We are supporting the fair game and we show zero tolerance in such cases.
