Hello,
I signed up with betboro 2 months ago, I sent all the requested documents to verify my account but Betboro never validated it for me. First they told me that he did not accept the scans but only the photos then that they wanted a photo of me with an ID in hand. I always sent the documents they asked for. When I wanted to make a withdrawal it was canceled. My account was then suspended no more access to any game and now unable to connect. Of course it does not respond to my emails, when I try to contact the chat it cuts the conversation by telling me that my account has been closed definitively. I have 1000 euros which I cannot recover on their site. I would like to know what I can do.

Even though, we have already informed you that your account will be closed permanently after paid back the whole balance of your account.
