Hello,

I have serious problem with my withdrawal. I have made 423€ withdrawal on 7/10. They don’t ask me for kyc verification.

I speak with live chat and they told me that financial dept proceed my withdrawal but they didn’t answer me when I will receive my money.

I have send me many emails and they didn’t answer me.

I want to help me to receive my money.
