Hello,

I have a problem with the withdrawal of my funds I have more than 20 days trying to withdraw 2000 soles/ 533 dollars and they canceled my withdrawals, I contacted support ten days ago they told me it was because I had entered my data wrong, they told me to delete the cookies to enter another withdrawal account however there is no solution, to which they responded that they would request a manual withdrawal and to this day I have no answer, I contacted support and the only thing they tell me is that they will talk to the financial area but they do not give a solution.

I kindly request you to generate the manual order for the withdrawal of my funds by wire transfer method since that was the method by which I deposited.
Because the withdrawal of my funds from the e-wallet to my bank account charges me too much commission.
