I am extremely frustrated with the ongoing delays in processing my withdrawals. AmunRa stated timeframe is 3-5 working days (excluding weekends), yet my withdrawals are taking even longer than that. And I counted from the second day of the withdrawal is made like their rules exactly of payout payments and still always making withdrawals late very late!!.

Moreover my account doesn’t answer in his shifting hours and ignores me. tells me I will speed up the withdrawal process and nothing happens. I even contacted agents from the general chat of the casino ( AmunRa ) and nothing has happened. Sent complaint emails and nothing happens. The account manager is not helpful he says I will read the chats and call you and never did.

I have all evidence to prove it, and I will prove anything you guys want.

This is completely unfair to me and players like me and discourages us from using online casinos. I expect my withdrawals to be processed promptly as per the casino own guidelines. Please resolve this issue immediately.

The last withdrawal requests were successfully paid on the 12. 13. and 14.04.
