In 19/1/2025, I requested a withdraw request, until today I'm waiting and daily contacting support team, where they promised me to be as soon as possible. They never told me when is it coming through, only promises no answers. I talked to vip agent and vip department and custumet service via email and through the site for actually more than 40 times and never got any answer. However, amunra casino terms and conditions says that it need 1 to 3 days for my withdrawal to be complete. I played on this site my whole life and had a withdrawal before and it took 1 day to be complete, its my fav site and I love it but I'm afraid if my withdrawal didn't arrive soon I will change my mind. I hope this complaint do any good please help.
