I made a deposit of 144 euros which never arrived. Its been close to 2 months. Contacted the support team many teams, and they keep telling me their financial dept will contact me they still haven't. I need help. Thanks.

Is anyone else facing the same problem.? I have sent them also all documents still no response from them. Has anyone got money from them. It feels like a scam? Also they only have manual bank transfer which feels stupid for some reason

I stoll haven't received anything from their end even after writing them the transaction details. Check the attachments. Last we spoke about it is in Aug 30th. Its close to Oct 30th still no report whatsoever
