I made my withdrawal of 300 euros on May 11th, and today is May 15th.

More than three business days have passed, which is the timeframe you state is required for a withdrawal to be completed.

In the chat, I'm being told there is a high volume of requests, but that's not my problem.

According to the casino, my account does not require verification.
